Since our opening in March 2018, Platform has been at the forefront of the indoor street food market in Scotland. Attracting over 4000 visitors every weekend, our exciting line up of the very best authentic, innovative and independent food producers proved to be the best of the best!
We decided that Platform was too good to just be indoors and so we created Platform On Tour, taking us to huge events such as TRNSMT and Paisley Food & Drink Festival.
With a carefully curated selection of exciting food vendors, creative signage and beautifully dressed outdoor event space, Platform On Tour is the very best place to unwind and eat well at some of your favourite events.
